Job hazard!

This is a matter of getting to know your oven well and getting used to carefully attending to it. Your host should have known that!

The mouth cavity of the oven was rather narrow. As she was taking out the hot tray with freshly baked cakes on it, the slightest carelessness caused this burns. Yes, she had it! ;-(

But the job satisfaction (upon seeing the big smiles on her customers' faces when receiving the finished products or upon receiving sms-es complimenting the great job well done!) far outweighed these little pain  which is only skin deep!

She is determined that these little challenges her oven gave her will not hinder her from keep on using the oven and keep on baking some more! You can't win, Ms Oven! ;-)
