As we were walking towards the hall for the next session of the Seminar, I couldn't resist but to capture this beautiful scenery of the sunset. I am not sure, I somehow am very enchanted with sunset. :-) Amazing how my small Blackberry hand held phone can capture this beautiful image!

And this early morning sunrise photographed with the same gadget from our hotel window, is not in anyway less beautiful! To be able to observe the sunrise warms up my heart and increases my happy hormones! Such beautiful view always finds me staring in awe!

It warms the heart to see the better half in such jovial mood. I think the motivational seminar really brings back the smiles on his face! I am happy for you, dear!

And yes, spending the weekend in Kuala Lumpur, updating ourselves with knowledge on self-improvement was the positive thing we did this week.
