Sweating it out!

We (I) surprised ourselves (myself) for being able to do this after such a long, long time! I remember I used to do this with my friend, Rozilah Ahmad when I was in college in Section 16, Shah Alam way back in 1986-1987! We used to run  a few kilometres on the road shoulder practically every evening! And we were fine then.

Though it was refreshing to be able to be back on the track (this time!) I found myself panting and huffing and puffing after every  100 metres of running! And I admit that the fat accumulated all these years have become so thick that it has reduced the stamina! 

However, it made the evening special when the other half is doing it with you. The first day we did two and a half round. That was 1000 metres equivalent to 1 km. The second day we did 1.2km and we took a break on the third day. All my leg muscles were hardened and painful. We came back a few days after the break for it was raining three days in a row! 

We are hoping to clock at least 6000 steps today!
