Short spin in Penang 6th-10th January, 2014 - Day 5

Naj appreciating history!

On our last day in Penang, apart from doing last minute shopping for some souvenirs and pickles (of course!) we had some time before we meet up with my cousin Azam and her family.
We tried to return to Fort Cornwallis for its nice Penang laksa only to find out that the eatery was closed!

We wish that this short spin would have been longer. Or maybe the next time if we ever decided to visit Penang again, more days should be spent on the beach area of the island rather than Butterworth. But nevertheless this short holiday had been a great time of family, fun and food with the children and Mother!
